Why Your LP Gets No Inquiries, and How to Fix It
The reasons your LP gets no inquiries mostly gather into four: the first view, the CTA, the form, and trust. The first screen doesn’t convey value, the next action is unclear, the form is a hassle, or trust signals are thin — one of these, or several together, is stopping your inquiries.
I’m Naohiro Hayashi, creator of Soreda!. I built an LP improvement diagnosis tool myself and have looked at many pages with it. From that experience, I’ll lay out the main reasons an LP doesn’t convert and how to find your issues. A note first: there’s no shortcut — fixing causes one by one, steadily, is the premise.
There’s a reason you get no inquiries
When inquiries don’t come, it isn’t bad luck — there’s usually a concrete cause. Pinpoint it and the next move becomes clear.
”Build an LP and inquiries come” isn’t how it works
Simply publishing an LP doesn’t bring inquiries. Visitors quietly leave a page that’s confusing or leaves doubts, and they rarely tell you why. A page that doesn’t convey a reason to be chosen won’t produce results, however you build it.
Causes gather in the first view, CTA, form, and trust
The reasons gather mostly in these four. But before that, “are people even arriving” matters too. If visitors themselves are few, that’s a traffic-side problem — search or AI search — and reviewing the whole site is covered in How to Diagnose Your Whole Site at Once. When people do arrive but don’t inquire, look at the causes below.
The main reasons your LP gets no inquiries
The main reasons are the first view, the CTA, the form, and trust. Let’s take them in turn.
The first view doesn’t convey value
If the first screen doesn’t convey “what service is this” and “is it for me” within a few seconds, visitors leave at once. The first view is the fork between reading on or not. Value failing to land here is an easily overlooked cause — and an easy one to fall into, because you know your own offering far better than a first-time visitor ever will.
The CTA (next action) is unclear
If the inquiry or sign-up button (CTA) doesn’t stand out, or it’s unclear what to do, you lose visitors right before they act — even ones who read your page. A reader who is convinced but can’t find the next step is the most frustrating kind of loss, because the page nearly worked.
The form is long, or trust signals are thin
A form with many fields and tedious input invites people to leave on the spot. And when trust signals like results or customer voices are thin, you can’t resolve the doubt of “is this really okay.” Hassle and doubt are the two big forces that stop inquiries.

How to find your LP’s issues
To find your LP’s issues, sort out the causes through a diagnosis rather than by assumption. Once you know the cause, you can prioritize and improve.
Diagnose, don’t assume
Acting on a hunch like “the design is probably old” makes you miss the real cause. View your LP through a visitor’s eyes, or score your current state with an LP diagnosis tool, and sort the causes based on fact.
Once you know the issue, prioritize and improve
It’s not unusual to find several causes. Rather than fixing everything at once, prioritize by impact and work through them. Where to start is covered in How to Improve Your Landing Page Conversion Rate.
FAQ
Q. Is there a way to get inquiries fast? A. There’s no shortcut. Steadily settling the principles — value lands, the action is clear, doubts are gone — is what proves reliable in the end.
Q. What if there are several causes? A. Prioritize by impact and fix them one at a time. You don’t need to tackle them all at once.
Q. Can I fix it myself without hiring a web agency? A. Many of the basic causes you can handle yourself; start with the highest-priority ones, and bring in help only for what genuinely needs it. That said, fixing causes doesn’t guarantee more inquiries — results also depend on your offer and price.
Q. How much does it cost? A. LP improvement diagnosis is ticket-based, counted per run. See the official site for current details.
There’s always a reason inquiries don’t come. Sort out whether the problem is in the first view, CTA, form, or trust — by diagnosis, not assumption. Once you know the cause, all that’s left is to prioritize and fix. Start by checking where your LP stands.
