Prepare Interview Questions with AI — Just Answer
In the interview room, you’re not sure what to ask. You fall back on safe questions, and the interview ends without you really knowing whether to hire the person. It’s a common worry from owners who don’t interview often.
I’m Naohiro Hayashi, creator of Soreda!. This article shows how, just by answering an AI’s questions, you can prepare an interview question sheet. A note first: AI helps you prepare questions, but some questions should not be asked in an interview, and the appropriateness and legal compliance are ultimately the employer’s responsibility. Read it on that footing.
Why preparing interview questions is hard
There are clear reasons it’s hard to put the questions together.
You don’t know what to ask to assess the person
Glancing at the resume and asking whatever comes to mind means you miss what you meant to ask, or your questions vary from person to person so you can’t compare. Without a clear basis for what you’re assessing, the interview becomes a fishing expedition, and you end up deciding on a gut feeling rather than evidence.
It ends with safe, generic questions
“Why do you want this job?”, “What’s your strength?” — stock questions only get you the answers the candidate prepared. The real person, behind the rehearsed front, never comes into view. Owners for whom interviewing isn’t the main job find it especially hard to design what to draw out in limited time.
The AI asks, so you just answer
What breaks this deadlock is a dialogue-based AI. You don’t have to invent the questions from scratch.
The AI asks about the role and the person you want, then builds questions
The interview question AI asks “what’s the role?” and “what kind of person are you looking for?” Answer those, and it assembles questions suited to that opening.
You end up with a question sheet that fits your business
After the exchange, you have a question sheet aligned to your work and the person you’re seeking. Instead of improvising, you can run an interview with a consistent basis — and asking every candidate the same core questions makes it far easier to compare them fairly.

Three steps to prepare interview questions with AI
The flow is three steps.
Step 1 — Give the role and the person you want
First, tell it the role you’re hiring for and the kind of person you want. That’s the starting point.
Step 2 — Answer the AI’s questions to go deeper
From there, you just answer. Questions that dig into the skills you need and what you want to assess make the sheet concrete.
Step 3 — Review and adjust the generated sheet
Once you’ve answered through, you have a question sheet. Review and tailor it. How to ask in a way that reveals a candidate’s character and fit is covered in Interview Questions That Reveal Who a Candidate Is.
Tips for using AI interview questions well
The result depends on the quality of what you provide.
Give concrete situations specific to your work
Don’t just say “I want to see communication skills.” Say “I want to see how they handle a sudden request from a customer,” and the question ties directly to assessment. The more the situation reflects what actually happens in your workplace, the more the answer tells you about how this person would do the real job.
Avoid questions you shouldn’t ask
Some questions shouldn’t be asked in an interview. Questions about family, marital status, religion, national origin, age, or where someone lives — protected, personal matters unrelated to the job — can be discriminatory and should be avoided. AI helps prepare a fair set of questions, but the ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the employer. When in doubt, consult a relevant authority or a professional.
FAQ
Q. What interviews can it handle? A. It works broadly for hiring interviews — full-time, part-time, and so on.
Q. Will this help me hire good people? A. It doesn’t guarantee a good hire. Use it as an aid to prepare questions that help you assess candidates.
Q. Can I edit it myself? A. Yes. The generated sheet is fully adjustable, so tailor it to your own words.
Q. How much does it cost? A. Pricing is ticket-based, counted per question sheet. See the official site for current details.
The reason you hesitate over what to ask is that the basis for assessment isn’t set. Turn building that basis into “just answer the questions,” and you can run a steady interview. Keep it specific to the work, and avoid the questions you shouldn’t ask. On that footing, give it a try.
